Longoria Parker eyes music career

DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES star EVA LONGORIA PARKER is hoping to following in the footsteps of pal VICTORIA BECKHAM and launch a music career.

But the actress, 32, who joined Beckham and her Spice Girls bandmates at their Manchester, England gig last week (ends25Jan08), doesn’t rate her singing abilities.

She says, “I was singing long before I was acting, but I was never going to be Madonna.”

    Eva, why do you wear fur? I saw you on GMA today, Jan. 31, wearing fur. Don’t you know what compassionate people think of that? Do you have a concience about the pain and cruelty that went into your fur coat for vanity? People will think you have a hard heart, and I’m sure you don’t want that.
