Each week there seems to be a new rumor of Eva Longoria dating some hot young lad. And this week talk that the Desperate Housewives star was “hooking up” with Wilmer Valderrama was in full swing.

Star magazine alleges that the brunette beauty is canoodling with Valderrama as a rebound since her recent split with Mark Sanchez.
“The tabloid claims, “Just days after her split from N.Y. Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, Eva Longoria had already drafted another sweetheart: Wilmer Valderrama! Eva, 37, was spotted canoodling with 32-year-old Wilmer at a play in downtown L.A.”
A source squeals to the magazine, “Wilmer and Eva went in and sat down next to each other – and as soon as the lights went out, she tucked her arm under his and they held hands the entire play. She kept whispering in his ear and laying her head on his shoulder. They were really the cutest couple.”
They do look like they’d make a cute couple, but it’s just not happening. A friend super close to Eva tells RumorFix that they’re just friends. By the way, these pictures were taken at the funeral of Lupe Ontiveros, where Wilmer escorted his good friend after the emotional ceremony.

Having come clean about her relationship with star New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, Eva Longoria is now facing some of America’s toughest critics- NFL football fans.
As the New York Post reported, devoted fans of Sanchez’s New York team are hoping that Longoria’s relationship with the athlete won’t have a negative effect on his performance on the field.

“I’m afraid she might be a voodoo woman for him,”

Craig Carton, co-host of the morning sports talk show “Boomer & Carton” said.

“No disrespect to her, but I prefer he date a woman who is all-in and low maintenance. If she’s going to be calling her publicist every time she goes out to dinner with him, then I think it’s a problem.”

While Longoria has been relatively mum on the relationship, Sanchez has been silent.

“To Mark’s credit, he’s never once flaunted who he dates,”

Carton continued.

“He tries to keep it hush-hush.”

While Sanchez has been linked to a bevy of beauties in recent months, including models Kate Upton and Hilary Rhoda, his relationship with Longoria is the first time he has stepped out in public with someone since he ended his relationship with “Sopranos” actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler two years ago.
Celebrity girlfriends have notoriously been blamed or praised for their beaus’ performances on the field.
Jets’ fans hope Longoria has a similar effect on Sanchez like Gisele Bundchen had on Tom Brady, who since getting with the Brazilian beauty, has had four record-breaking seasons and two Super Bowl appearances.
Aside from the scrutiny over his relationship with Longoria, there is one person who fans think will have the biggest effect on Sanchez this season- teammate and quarterback competition Tim Tebow.

“If he can get through Tebowmania,”

Michelle Beadle of “Access Hollywood” says,

“realizing every time he makes a bad pass the idiots are going to be calling for Tebow to play, I don’t think Eva Longoria is going to be a factor.”

Charlie Sheen says Eva Longoria is “awesome” and has offered her a role in his TV show.

According to The Belfast Telegraph, the actor has asked the Desperate Housewives star to appear in the next season of the hit series Anger Management.

Charlie made the request to Eva after she expressed her enthusiasm for the show.

“You’re awesome!! Guest star next season?”

Charlie tweeted to Eva in response to her message.

“Hey @CharlieSheen great show tonight!” Eva had tweeted earlier. “I’m Loving @AngerMgmtFX”.

Eva wasn’t the only celeb to express how much they were enjoying the new show. Among the list of Anger Management fans are rapper Nas, heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson and Charlie’s ex-wife Denise Richards, who has already made an appearance on the sitcom.

Other notable guest star characters have been his father, actor Martin Sheen, who inspired Charlie’s return to Twitter last week. Charlie personally responded to each celebrity twitter post with similarly supportive messages.

“Go kill ‘um brotha!” Nas tweeted in support of the final episode of season one being shown.

“Thanks for watching my man! You know I know… ” Charlie replied.

American Idol judge Randy Jackson also revealed he has been tuning into Charlie’s show. “Yo @CharlieSheen love the show I’ll be watching!”, he tweeted.

“Yo Randy… Love YOUR show man!!” Charlie gushed in return. “I’m Always watching…!”

Eva Longoria is rumoured to be in talks to appear in romantic comedy Married And Cheating.
The Desperate Housewives actress – who has finished filming the finale of the TV series – and Kiefer Sutherland are considering Raymond De Felitta’s upcoming film, reported Variety.
Sarah Jessica Parker is already on board to star opposite Brendan Fraser in the movie, which Raymond has written and is directing.
The story, which is said to follow three couples who have to deal with “infidelity, deceit and confusion”, is scheduled to start shooting in the summer.
Eva – whose divorce from second husband, basketball player Tony Parker, was finalised in January – is best known for playing sexy housewife Gabrielle Solis in the hit TV show.
The 37-year-old has two big-screen appearances coming up in comedy The Baytown Disco alongside Billy Bob Thornton and Thomas Sangster, and drama Long Time Gone with Anthony LaPaglia.

But Eva Longoria cuts a very different figure as she goes 1920s glam for her forthcoming movie For Greater Glory.
The actress is starring alongside heavyweights Andy Garcia and Peter O’Toole in the exciting period drama.

Andy, 56, is the main star of the film, which tells the true story of the Cristero War in 1920s Mexico, which was fought over the persecution of Catholics in the strict enforcement of the anti-clerical provisions of the Mexican Constitution of 1917.
He plays General Enrique Gorostieta, a retired military officer who helps organise rebels into a well trained force capable of winning battles against the federal army.
Eva plays his devoted wife Tulita, though her story is set to end in tears as the real life general was killed just 19 days before a diplomatic resolution of hostilities.
A federal officer who infiltrated his inner circle as part of a government intelligence operation alerted the army to his whereabouts and he was killed in a firefight.

That is not the only bad news on the horizon for the 37-year-old staunch Democrat, who is co-chair for the Barack Obama re-election campaign.
For it has emerged the lawyer representing a man suing her for allegedly hitting his car in a 2010 car accident, is seeking to impose stiff monetary sanctions against her.
He is also wants a judge to order her to sit for a deposition because she has repeatedly failed to appear for the legal proceedings.

According to court documents viewed by RadarOnline, Sanjay Sobti, who is representing Roman Gasparyan, wants an in-person meeting to take place so he can get a statement from her.
In the filed papers he says: ‘On March 15, 2012, Eva Longoria notified me that she was still too busy to attend a deposition and proposed that in lieu of an in person deposition that we schedule a telephonic deposition, a deposition via Skype or that the deposition be located at her attorney’s office in Beverly Hills.
‘I rejected Longoria’s proposal as a telephonic or Skype deposition are not acceptable substitutes for an in person deposition and the location that I have attempted to schedule for the deposition is well within the 75 mile limitation provided for in the Civil Code of Procedure.’

Eva got in the car accident in October 2010 on Hollywood Blvd while she was driving a BMW X5, but according to the police she was not at fault.
However Mr Gasparyan filed the lawsuit for negligence days after the accident, and claims she swerved suddenly, lost control of her vehicle and hit his car.
He also claims he was hospitalized because of the accident and had to undergo a catalogue of physical examinations and treatments because of his injuries.

Mr Sobti is asking for $7,750 in sanctions to be imposed against Longoria and paid to him because of the legal wrangling required to get her to give a statement.
He also wants an order that Eva appear for the deposition at his office in Corona, California.
A hearing on the requests has been set for May 21.

Just last month they celebrated their year anniversary enjoying an amorous afternoon on a boat in Miami, looking more in love than ever.

But Eva Longoria, 36, has split from boyfriend Eduardo Cruz, according to reports.

The pair are said to have called time on their relationship within the last few days and Cruz is said to have returned to Spain, according to Us Weekly.

A source close to the couple told the magazine:

‘It was a mutual decision. They are staying friends.’

‘She’s focusing on work and the end of Desperate Housewives.’

A spokesperson for Eva was unavailable for comment and the actress has not responded to the news on her Twitter page.

The pair met through Eduardo’s sister, actress Penelope Cruz who introduced her brother to Eva at a party.

After going public as a couple in February 2011 the pair quickly became inseparable despite the 10 year age gap.

They became acquainted back in October 2010 – when Cruz was spotted visiting her Los Angeles restaurant Beso, shortly before the actress announced her split from ex-husband Tony Parker.

The Desperate Housewives star had spoken of her joy at being in a relationship with her younger man after her divorce from basketball player Parker after three years of marriage.

‘Love did not work with that person [Tony]. But it can work with another,’

she told Vanity Fair.

‘The only thing I will say is I was very lucky to find Edu.’

Eva’s marriage to Tony was her second walk down the aisle. She was married for two years to her first husband, actor Tyler Christopher but they divorced in 2004.

While the reason for the split is not clear the 36-year-old beauty has previously confessed she is ‘not good with dating’.

Eva explained:

‘I’m not very approachable. I’m not good with dating, I get really nervous. It’s probably strange that I’ve never been a dater. I’ve been married or in a relationship, and so this is going to be, you know, scary.’

Eva Longoria is reportedly making family plans with her boyfriend.

The actress has been romancing Eduardo Cruz – the brother of actress Penélope Cruz – for around a year. They are said to be considering having children, with 36-year-old Eva keen to become a mother before too long.

“Eva’s biological clock is ticking fast and she’s eager to start a family with Eduardo. She’s had trouble conceiving in the past so she’s opened herself up to the idea of adopting or even using a surrogate if she can’t get pregnant and Eduardo is cool with that,”

a source told National Enquirer.

The pair have even discussed their parenting style and where they will raise their family. However, they are not considering tying the knot anytime soon.

“They’ve talked about raising their kids part time in LA and part time in Eduardo’s native Spain. Eduardo isn’t pressurising Eva to tie the knot right now but hopes she’ll eventually want to,”

the insider added.

The actress apparently feels totally secure with Eduardo but is in no rush to marry again.

“Eva knows in her hart that Eduardo is The One and calls him her soul mate. She believes he’ll make a great father because he’s very hands-on with other people’s kids,”

Eva Longoria has revealed that she loves to spoil Victoria Beckham’s baby daughter Harper Seven with fancy frocks.

The Desperate Housewives star – who has been close friends with the fashion designer since Victoria moved to LA – said that she won’t struggle to find a gift for the five-month-old girl this Christmas.

Actress Eva Longoria has finally addressed her new romance with Penelope Cruz’s younger brother Eduardo, insisting she’s “very lucky” to have met him.

The Desperate Housewives star, 36, has been linked to 26-year-old Eduardo Cruz for much of 2011 — following her divorce from basketball player Tony Parker in January — and the couple has been photographed together on multiple occasions ever since.

But Longoria has only now confirmed their relationship in the new Spanish edition of Vanity Fair magazine.

The Latina beauty admits she feels blessed to have Cruz in her life after the turmoil of her failed marriage to Parker.

She tells the publication, “Love did not work with that person (Parker). But it can work with another. The only thing I will say is I was very lucky to find Edu (Cruz).”

And Longoria is adamant she holds no hard feelings towards Parker for the way their marriage unravelled, because she still believes in love.

She adds, “There’s a reason I fell in love and got married. I believed in it. Supposedly I should be angry, resentful and disillusioned about relationships. But I’m not.”

Neither Longoria nor Parker have spoken about their reasons for the marriage split.
